3D-Printed Resistance Band Barbell Sleeves

If you train with bands, you already know the problem: plates shift, bands get crowded, and the setup ends up uneven side-to-side. These 3D-printed barbell sleeves fix that.

Slide them onto your barbell to create consistent, repeatable spacing so your resistance bands sit where they're supposed to — without rubbing plates, folding, or getting pulled into an awkward angle. The sleeves also help keep your plate loading more symmetrical, which matters when you want a stable bar path under tension.

They can also function as simple plate spacers when you need extra clearance in a rack setup.
